may be和possible和probably的用法及區別是什麼？

may be： may 為情態動詞，be為實意動詞。或許是

如：

That may be true。那可能是真的。

probably：也是一個副詞。意思是很可能；幾乎可以肯定。

如：

she would probably never see him again。

她恐怕再也不肯見他了。

possible：是個形容詞。意思是可能的， 可能存在［發生， 做到］的； 潛在的

如：

It‘s possible to break with old habits。

改掉老習慣是可能的。

舉一反三：

Maybe，perhaps，possibly，probably四個詞都有“或許；可能”，都是副詞，但是用法上有區別。



①，maybe可能；也許（表示可能性不大）三個詞更為隨便，比其他；也可以表示委婉的建議或要求。

④，probably“很可能；大概”，強調有根據，合乎情理的推測，（四個詞中可能性最大，常用於肯定句）

She probably won’t come here．
