來UCSF發現還有一家獨立的研究機構叫Gladstone Institute，老有錢了，而且實力也很強，屬於小而精的機構，12年諾獎得主Shinya Yamanaka 也在裡頭任職；看看人家給的工資，比NIH要多出1萬多刀，住得遠的還有補貼
