To start with， we‘re supposed to learn well to tell what’s wasting and we‘re going to how to stop them。 For example， remaining foods in our bowl has to take on your note right away， and wasting is not more to have tap draping than lighted bubble goes on after our using。 As a result， we can eat meals without any wasting， and switch off the tap and bubble as we don’t use them any more。
Last but not least， as long as we‘re building up the sense of shame about wasting for good， the sort of actions must be hardly seen， progressively， as we expect。
