一樣的意思
可以有那個說法，即put sth on和put on sth的用法是想法是相同的。同時還有這幾種意思：1穿；戴；put you coat on。穿上外衣。2抹，搽，塗She‘s just putting on her make up。她正在化妝。3開動、發動；使執行I’ll put the kettle on for tea。我來燒壺水好沏茶4播放do you mind if i put some music on。我放點音樂你不介意吧。5增加體重she looks like she‘s put on weight。她似乎發胖了。6假裝，裝作。I don’t think she was hurt。She was just putting it on。我想她沒有受傷，她只是在裝樣子。put sb off（或put off sb）有1取消，撤消（與某人的會晤或安排）2使反感，使不信任的3讓…下車。當off後面有sth的時候還有某人攪亂某事的意思。而put sth off（或put off sth）有推遲，延遲的意思相當於delay。
