口語（場景學習的典型句子，脫離場景無法準確理解，原因：口語凝練）

口語是不適合按照字面意思翻譯的，是高度場景化的。這句話的背景是，Claire叫她家的小朋友們下來吃早飯，結果叫了好幾次都不下來。所以，叫老爸出場，叫他們下來，搞定他們。

應該是虛擬語氣，完整的說法應該是，If you had told them， they’d…，但為什麼這裡用tell？
